1Office consultations:

Initial consultation over the telephone up to 15 minutes is FREE of charge. Half an hour in person consultation $100.00, 1 hour or more $250.00.

Basic hourly rate: Fee is based on extensive experience as legal representative and knowledge of immigration law.

However, we try to keep our fees reasonable and consider the needs of our clients, some of whom are low-income individuals. When the case is not a complicated one and the outcome is predictable, we charge on a flat base rate, not hourly.

We charge $250.00 per hour for consultant's (paper) work and $300.00 for advocate's (court time). Also, we bill $100.00 per hour for time spent in waiting hall of the court house or tribunal (sometimes, an actual hearing may take an hour or so, but the waiting time 5 or more hours).

All fees exclude disbursements which are necessary expenses incurred on behalf of our clients. Disbursements may include making copies of documents (10 to 50 cents per copy depending where they are taken, in our office or at the court house), faxes, mail, traveling, international calls, translation of documents into English and government or court fees.

For half a day in court (2-4 hours) we charge $750.00 flat rate and for a day (more then 4 hours) $1,500.00.
